Thus natural eating is clearly (meaning organic foods) a better way to go. There are no short cuts this is all about putting the right things into your body at the right quantity.

Plus remember this, when using the internet as a health resource look for articles that are written by a nutritional expert or a doctor. Consult with your doctor before making any major changes and remember natural is better.
